Every Rev1 team member is a part of the Rev1 family, and we constantly look for ways to show our appreciation for all of the hard work and positive representation on projects around the world. 

 

The Rev1 Sweat Equity Rewards Program is one of those ways that we can give back. 

In order to be the best, you must be represented by the best, and Rev1 Energy undoubtedly is represented by the best in the commissioning industry. 

What It Is

Rev1 Energy's Sweat Equity Rewards is a points based  program offering experiences to Rev1 U.S. based field personnel with the five highest point balance at the end of the year.

Points can be earned in various ways, but will be predominantly from straight time hours worked and overtime hours worked. Recognition cards from hiring managers, safety observation cards, and various other opportunities offer great point earning potential. At the end of the year on December 31st, the top 5 employees who have accumulated the highest point totals will win the reward for his or her respective finishing position.  

What You Need to Know

Timesheet Based Points:

  • Straight time hours= 5 points per hour

  • Overtime Hours= 10 points per hour

Other Point Opportunities:

  • Safety Observation Card= 250 points (max 10 per project)

  • Hiring Manager Recognition Card= 5,000 points (max 1 per project)

  • Personnel Referral= 1,000 Points (no max)

  • New Client Acquisition= 5,000 Points (no max)

  • Hard Charger award (recognition given by fellow peers)= 5,000 Points 

The Fine Print:

  • Every Rev1 field professional is automatically enrolled in the Sweat Equity Rewards Program- you can easily opt out if so desired

  • There is nothing you need to do on your end other than keep representing Rev1 well.

  • ANY safety infraction, either arising from the Rev1 Safety manual, or client safety program, will result in immediate forfeiture of all points for the entire year from the date of infraction

  • ANY premature departure from a project other than for emergencies will result in point loss
